1. Who we are

Splendessa ("we", "us") is a web design studio building websites and lead-response systems exclusively for med spas and aesthetic clinics. For anything privacy-related, contact us at privacy@splendessa.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a strategy call through our booking form, we collect the details you type in: your name, clinic name, email address, website URL, approximate monthly lead volume, and your message. That's it — we don't ask for, and don't want, anything beyond what's needed to reply to you.

Information stored on your device only

If you use our on-site quiz or revenue-leak diagnostic, your answers and the calculated result are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. This data is not transmitted to us. It exists only so the site can pre-fill the booking form for you. Clearing your browser data removes it. If you then submit the booking form, the pre-filled message (which may include your calculated estimate) is sent to us like any other form field.

Technical data

Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and delivery purposes, as any website host does. We do not use this to identify or profile you.

3. What we don't do

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics on this site at this time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. We never have and we never will.

4. How we use your information

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to review your enquiry and respond to you about working together. Under the GDPR, our legal basis for this is your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you initiate.

5. Where your data lives

Form submissions are delivered to us and stored using the following service providers, acting as data processors on our behalf:

• Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script) — securely stores your submission so we can manage enquiries.
• Telegram — delivers an instant notification of your submission to our team so we can reply fast.
• Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.

These providers may process data on servers located in the United States or the European Union. We share only what is necessary for them to perform these functions.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we end up working together, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required for legitimate business or legal purposes. If you'd like your enquiry deleted at any point, email us and we'll remove it.

7. Your rights (GDPR — EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, receive a copy of it (portability), restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@splendessa.com — we respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Your rights (CCPA/CPRA — California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it (this page), to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email privacy@splendessa.com.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add tools that change how data is handled (for example, analytics), we will update this page and the date at the top before those changes take effect.
