By accessing or using splendessa.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What this Site is
The Site presents Splendessa's services and lets you request a strategy call. All content is provided for general information. Estimates produced by our on-site diagnostic tools (such as projected revenue figures) are illustrative models based on the inputs you provide and industry benchmarks — they are not guarantees of results.
3. No client relationship
Submitting the booking form or speaking with us does not create a client engagement. Any project we undertake together is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these terms for that engagement.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Splendessa name, logo, design, text, graphics, and code — are owned by Splendessa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, submit false or automated form entries, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may reference or rely on third-party services (such as hosting and form delivery). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how form data is handled.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Client project agreements may specify their own governing law.
